The Sewing Studio is fabulous! I went to buy a new sewing machine. I was very nervous about choosing the right one for me. I’d had one I loved for 40yrs and then an expensive disappointment. Jenny explained all the options: mechanical, computerised; showed me the machines with my list of must-have features and then I tried out the two I was interested in. It took away any doubt and I bought a beautiful Brother Innov-is A80 which I knew was smooth and easy to use with lots of good both basic stitches and decorative stitches. Fabulous advice and patience from Jenny! There was no pressure to buy and I wasn’t rushed. All staff in the shop were so friendly. And then …. the stock of fabrics for patchwork, quilting and more in the shop is awesome! You can also check them out online. Also …. Katrina’s video tutorials on quilting and making things are excellent. I made the Drawstring Bag to put my new machine through its paces. Thank you everyone. I would recommend a visit whether you want a machine or a fat quarter. I’ll be back!
