Finally a quality service! After some bad experiences in the past, the engineer contacted me the day before to confirm and I'd already been sent a lot of information by customer services so I knew what was happening. Things didn't quite go to plan because a gas run was required, but the boys absolutely smashed it and were super cool about everything; didn't even need to run over into a second day. Was very stressed and now I'm very warm :)
