Bought a pair of school shoes for my son but they were too small.. returned them the same day via Hermes on 12Aug. Still waiting for a refund. Called wynsors to be advised that it can take 2wks for them to receive the item back and then i have to wait again for them to check the shoes and process the refund.. i am waiting for the refund until i can purchase him another pair of shoes!!!
Disgusting returns service that i am then going to get charged £4 for the privilege of using..
