This company is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!! Rude delivery driver!! If you are unable to deliver to flats due to you not being able to enter the building you should state this FIRST! I now have a HEAVY delivery downstairs that I am unable to carry because of a back injury.
I will definitely be checking the delivery company prior to ordering packages and if it's this joke of a company I will definitely NOT be ordering.
