Meant to deliver 8 parcels but only delivered 1 outside the delivery time. The packaging ripped and torn - it's heavy cardboard so clear have been treated/handled badly.

- Both phone lines don't allow you to wait for an operator - they tell you they're busy and disconnect you. Or they tell you they're shut (even within their office hours)
- They've taken down their Facebook and Twitter profiles - probably due to the high number of complaints
