Driver delivered to wrong address. Was seen on residents RING camera taking the parcel back to the van. Still no sign of my parcel .. No means of contact.. telephone call cost me £12 just to stay on hold then cut off. No response to email. The APP is a waste of time. Why businesses chose to use this company is beyond me. Avoid at all cost.
