Only recently heard of this useless company. I was waiting for a set of blinds, I've since been refunded by the company who made the blinds. Wasn't prepared to wait any longer, the tracking system is unbelievably slow, nonexistent. The worst freight company I've ever come across, avoid. Shocking service. God only knows what happened to the blinds.
