Been waiting for my £400 package for 3 weeks, it's been at their collection depot for two weeks and now they're unable to "locate" it. A few of my friends ordered the same thing and they've all gone missing too, and appeared on eBay for double the price. No way to contact them either. Absolutely scandalous!
