Checked my tracking number yesterday to see my parcel was apparently out for delivery and was given a 2hr morning time slot, waited around all day like a mug to see my parcel had been checked back in at my local depot. Checked my tracking number again today to see it's been "carded" as nobody was in to sign for the delivery. What a load of sh*t, nobody even turned up all day. I have the option to rebook but not for another 2 days so let's see if it turns up. I will 100% not buy from a company using these clowns ever again. Emailed and yet to get a reply.
