Awful company AVOID!!! XDP never collected my item when I arranged a collection from them. It’s been over a month now and they still not been to collected it. So I checked the tracking reference and to my surprise XDP said they left a card and have been to my address on the day of collections LIES!!! I was in all day and even the whole week due to covid. This company should cease trading they are AWFUL!!!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could, absolutely unprofessional company.
