Worst company I've ever dealt with. They have sent 4 pre delivery alerts for 4 different days and nothing has arrived. I've wasted 2 days annual leave from work to ensure someone was in to receive the package. The tracking app is a waste of time and there is no way to contact the company other than being trapped in a constant loop or have the phone cut off after 10 minutes of waiting. Why on earth does Aldi use this company !!
