I would give 0 stars if I could. XDP delivered a high value package ordered from Wayfair to the wrong address 100 metres down the road. There was no support to speak with so I spent 45 mins locating it myself. The package was 40kg in weight and I have bruises down my arm from carrying it 100 metres back to the correct address. This was all careless and unacceptable and I will never never order from anywhere that uses this company as a delivery partner again.
