Absolutely terrible service, I’ve taken days off work for my order to just not arrive. They’ve had it for over two weeks now. They state that they cannot find my address so I provided them with the directions but still no item. Groupon are rubbish at helping as well, just tell me to wait for it. I will never order from a company that uses this courier again.
