XPD were supposed to tell me the previous day, they didn't, but their tracking at 9am said my order would arrive between 2.23 and 4.23 on June 11th. Part of the order arrived at 10am.
3 days later tracking has not been updated.
Their phone line costs 7p a minute and their live chat does not work.
Absolutely appalling. Do not use them.
