Zero stars are not possible! Ordered an item from Aldi, was told delivery in 5 -7 days,chased at day 8, 10 and now 13. App says it is still at the warehouse. As a customer, you cannot contact them direct, even via the 70p a minute premium number, so don't bother. Aldi customer services trying to contact them without success. Why do they use such a useless courier service when there are plenty that are much better and cheaper. It must be costing Aldi a fortune for refunded delivery costs and compensation!
