My parcell was picked up by XDP on 7th June and 2 weeks later it’s still not arrived at there depot so obviously it’s been stolen they know who the driver is I’ve rang 3 times and each time they change the goal post first 2-5 days then 10 working days now 14 days for large parcels they know it’s been stolen because they told me it hadn’t been scanned so why don’t they track down the drivers who don’t take parcells to delivery depot
