Zero stars for this company we ordered a pizza oven from Aldi beginning of June. Had a message saying it was picked up by XDP it has been in their delivery depot for 14 days now and they still haven’t delivered it. Been on to Aldi 4 TIMES now. You can’t phone XDP or have a web chat as they don’t answer OR YOUR FIRST IN THE QUEUE FOR AN HOUR AT 7P+ PER MINUTE!!. They are robbing us of our goods or holding them to ransom for some reason. Aldi need to stop using this company and honour their customers orders. I think a call to the Trading Standards, Aldi CEO regarding this company might need looking into.
