Terrible Service! I have had the misfortune of having parcels delivered by this company 3 times. The first time they left a calling card and I couldn't get through to the number and no one replied to emails to re-arrange delivery. I had to end up contacting the company I bought the product through. The second time the delivery was a week later than expected and after a few failed delivery attempts the items arrived damaged. This was supposed to be re-sent out to me but XDP just didnt bother re-delivering so I cancelled the order completely. The third time XDP lost the parcel again it's now been 10 days since the item was due!
