Do NOT use this company… ever. I ordered a parcel 8 days ago on a 2-6 day delivery. It took XDP 4 days to collect it and when it arrived at my local delivery depot it has sat there for 3 days. Their phone system goes to an automated queue system saying you are No1 in the queue but it never gets picked up and then you get cut off. 5 calls yesterday and 11 today with same result. Their online chat is not monitored and nobody replies to your emails.
