If i could give a zero I would. I thought Hermes was bad but this company is even worse. 3 days of 'we will be delivering to you today' and 3 days of waiting in and following the tracking to within 2 delivery stops before me and then no show. Its either an 'unexpected event' or just don't turn up. How can they run a business like this it is an absolute disgrace.
