Worst delivery service and customer services ever. My items where collected from the suppliers on the 20th of August the app just repeated they where in the depot. I contacted customer services several times asking for a delivery date only to be contacted several days later pointing me back to the app. Finally on the 27th of August they said my items would be delivered so I took time off work to wait in. I checked the app again throughout the morning and two minutes before my delivery time it reported my items where in the depot. I again contacted customer services who never replied. Since this date I have tried to chase up delivery on a daily basis only to read on the app last Monday that my items have been damaged and sent back to the supplier I again emailed customer services who have just replied 6 days later advising me to contact the suppliers myself for a replacement.
I have contacted the suppliers and updated them of all the information give by XDP and I have requested that my items be replaced and sent by a different deliver service
