As with everyone else reviewing XDP, they are basically crooks. They didn’t turn up, yet sent me an email saying they’d attempted delivery, attaching a photo of a delivery receipt on the drivers leg, in his van.
Obviously I was sitting in my front room next to the door during the time they ‘attempted delivery’. They will be charging the company to deliver, then blaming the customer and getting a re-delivery fee.
Absolutely appalling service. I urge people to complain to the retailers, so they can choose better partners
