Shocking to be completely honest. Paid over £200 for the item I was waiting for, I downloaded the app and as I paid for express delivery I was expecting for my parcel to come quickly as I paid more. However I was wrong and for the last 5 days now potentially more there is no further information about when it will come or where it is.
