I will never buy anything from XDL again never. I placed my order for my dodge truck exhaust system and they shipped me a exhaust for a ford. So I called them told them it was not wrong exhaust. The lady told me no problem she’ll send me a email with a label to send it back. So I get the email and there was no shipping label. I call them back told the lady there was no return shipping label. She than tells me I have to pay for the shipping to return it even though it was their fault. So $120.00 dollars later to ship it back. They received it back took them a week to look at it to make sure everything was there.I called 3 times complaining about it. On the last time calling I finally got a email saying it’ll be refund. They were very rude. They last our business.
