THE MOST APPALLING COMPANY. Over the past thirteen days XDP have given me eight separate two-hour time slots (some at very short notice) for the collection of a parcel and on each occasion XDP have failed to arrive. They have never given any explanation for this. The inconvenience this has caused has been immeasurable, and also extremely frustrating. I still have no idea as to when my parcel will be collected; I have no way of contacting XDP and I wonder just how long it will take to resolve this matter.
