Had to put 1 start because 0 stars is not an option. Received call & email and tracking detail that the item would be delivered on the morning of 22nd. Nothing arrived. No updates. Then on 23rd, I get a "No Reply" email that they can't deliver today and I have to rearrange the delivery that they originally arranged but failed. Can't do it. Web site has no links. Phone is a premium line and I get put on hold. Thats not a service its a hinderance.
