Booked in for 13th Feb. Faked delivery notice on 16th Feb (causing mad stress of looking for item all over development because they'd said it had been delivered). Magically arrived back at depot a few days later. Repeatedly ignore emails asking for updates. Still no delivery nor response on 23rd Feb. Absolutely useless.
