Received notification via an email that went into my spam at 10.30 to inform of a delivery happening between 10.05 and 12.05.
This is not enough notice... fortunately someone was home.
However at 12.00 received another email in junk to say delivery fail, and screen shot of the despatch note with NOV written in the box. (assume this means not on vehicle???) No phone call to confirm.
Tried to log into app, it says I do not exist, recreated user ... it says user already exists, selected send new password... put in user email.... user does not exist.
Tried live chat no-one gets back.
Absolutely diabolical
Cannot get hold of supplier either to check on order.
