I ordered my flooring and was told when it was dispatched to you for delivery. Expected delivery was by monday 28/3/22. I received a message saying my package was allocated for 1202-205pm Sunday but did not arrive I had to cancel a long awaited hospital appointment to wait in for this. It was finally delivered at 1350 tuesday 29th this was really unfair to receive information by message that was obviously misleading
