Delivery cancelled on the day of delivery on multiple occasions. No reason for this given. When trying to rebook delivery the 2nd time around the app/website simply says 'no dates available'. Live chat just crashes/doesn't function. Customer service has an endless wait though 1st in the queue, WHILE CHARGING YOU!!!!!
