Bad communication, they don’t tell you when they are coming, they just arrive.
The app isn’t in touch with reality, gives you loads of useless updates that parcel is at the depot, then say it’s going to delivered in a 2 hour slot which comes and goes. This happened 3 times.
Also, should you need to speak to them because of their poor communication skills, they have the cheek to charge a premium rate number which you pay per minute even whilst on hold.
Then you try the app to talk to them and fill the form in even though the stupid thing already knows about your consignment. Then, you have to sit and wait for someone to answer which they don’t. But, if your phone screen turns off and you tap it to wake it back up, guess what, yep you’ve guessed it, it has an empty form for you to fill in again because we’ve all got loads of time to waste.
If anyone that I order from ships with XDP in the future, I won’t buy from them.
