This company is a joke!! Had tracking information that my parcel was out for delivery yesterday! With a 2 hour time slot, Still no delivery the day after with no contact from them what so ever!! Stupid premium number to call which goes straight to voicemail! No live chat as nobody available, send a msg and still no response. I mean I've just looked at the reviews and how bad that they only get 1 star! Absolutely shocking
