They stated they emailed me, but they never, I have called them on their premium rate number and got cut off, their live chat on the app crashes, I have emailed and messaged them five times over the past week and a half, I have not received one bit of communication from them, totally unproffesional.
My packages were in their warehouse for six days before moving out, and when one of the packages arrived, it was all bashed, and the rest of the packages are still missing.....its a bed FFS, you can't make up half a blinking bed.
