xdp are the worst company to work for as the driver gets billed for the parcels never turning up at the depot, as and when somebody else has taken a fancy to them and they've gone walk abouts. This has gone on for years, and it's now caught them up. as the can't get any drivers to deliver for them, as they are all owner drivers. Their depots are full with your parcels with nobody to deliver them. pick them up yourself before they go walk abouts. But there is no drivers left to bill !!!
