As noted by other reviewers, the time slots are pointless - I have waited in all afternoon twice now with no shows. The tracking system no longer seems to be tracking my parcel, and I have no idea what has happened to it or when/if it will ever be delivered. The company does not reply to emails, and their phone-line is a premium rate, meaning you would be charged 59p a minute to find out about your delivery or complain. Incredibly poor service.
