Supposedly delivery attempt failed. What delivery attempt? I was at home and in the front of the house so I would have seen and heard you. The photo you uploaded wasn't even my street, leave alone my house. Cannot get hold of anybody. Online form will not send. Phone line just rings then disconnects. Email returned as inbox full up. Tracking just says 'exception' - every single day it says delivery will be that day. Every single day it isn't. The supplier of my order contacted you and you said the latest will be tomorrow. Guess what? Tomorrow never came. I will never, ever order from anybody who uses XPD as their courier. Absolutely shambolic!
