Delivery cancelled for no reason then showing as sat in the depot for a week and no second delivery attempted. Customer service told me they'd try to deliver as soon as possible. Another week goes by and nothing. Finally ended up getting in touch with the company I'd bought from who looked into it and found out the parcel was on it's way back to them. Never attempted even one delivery. Absolutely appalling service and I'm baffled why anyone would use this company.
