AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORSE THAN 'VERY POOR' paid for a service of next day got the relevant (late) text messages and checked tracking info online - both stated delivery between 4pm and 7pm 8th march - and guess what... IM STILL WAITING (at 9.30pm) all offices are closed, their voicemail boxes are full (guessing with lots of unhappy customers), website is unavailable! so i have wasted a whole day and arranged for someone to drop off and collect my daughter from school and yet it was all a waste of time!! i am soo pee'd off to say the least - so reading through all these reviews (and from other sites) im assuming i wont be receiving my deliveries anytime soon -- so much for you 'NEXT DAY SERVICE'
