Turned up an hour after the 3 hour time slot given, then the guy was going to leave without even knocking on the door! I answer for him to ask if anyone was going to help him carry the two boxes our bedstead came in for him to then leave my fiancée to carry them on his own and drive off!!!! Absolutely APALLING! Would write an email of complaint to them but I can't even get on their website...
