So bad I thought it was a scam.
I have spent £2000 on an electric bike, of which I have not seen at all. This was now a week ago and the tracking comes up blank. As well as this there is nobody to talk to on the live chat and I’m seriously doubting the legitimacy of this delivery business.
The bike is a necessity to enable someone with epilepsy to be independent, now I’m £2000 down and I’m the dark on a bike that has been saved for for years.
