Absolutely shocking company. Told me my parcel was to be delivered next ( 1 hour before the timeslot given) but someone was home so didn't matter that much. Then 3 minutes after they sent me an email saying my parcel couldn't be delivered with an attached picture of a street that was the other side of town. When I tried to contact them I couldn't get through on live chat, phone and they advised me they would respond to my email within 72 hours. Can't even rearrange my delivery because its not showing as missed.
Worst company I've ever dealt with.
