Ordered from Amazon on 4th July, not expected delivery until 8th. No problem with that. Online tracking says parcel with XDP on 5th July, sounds promising for that delivery. Nope. It's currently the 21st July, with no response to email, a live chat that is very much not alive, and a tracking page that says "We've got it". Well I'd rather "I had it". Maybe I'll get a response from this review!
