Ordered 10 July 2023 supposed to be 3 to 4 working days it's now 23rd and still no sign of parcel.... Absolute waste of time as a courier. Been preparing for delivery since the 14th they only 0.6 miles from my house. No fone number, web chat doesn't work, nor does the email address bounces back as unknown.
