Received an email saying my delivery was next, then literally 3 minutes later a message saying they were unable to deliver. I was also asked to rearrange a delivery, like it was my fault. Unfortunately the website and app are utterly useless, so I wasn’t able to do that. The tracking didn’t work. It’s hard to see how they could have got it more wrong. Sent a complaint to customer services who warned me it could take a long time to process “due to volume” of queries. No surprise there.
