Carded 3 times despite being asked to leave parcels in front garden. I didn't actually receive any of the cards that the tracking said I'd received. Almost impossible to get through to anyone and when you do they are less than helpful. Finally delivered on the fourth day( I'm guessing by someone who could actually be bothered to turn up to my address). Just like a lot of others, I'd rather give them zero stars.
