Without any doubt the worst customer experience I have ever had!!
They have damaged a delivery of flooring, not once, but twice. The second they returned to the supplier without informing us. They just continued to say it was out for delivery for over a week!
Totally useless and incompetent organisation.
I just feel sorry for the drivers who have to meet the customers and explain why their goods are late and damaged. Poor drivers do not have a chance when you see how the vans are loaded.
