Item sent to your company 4th Oct.
Despite emails and trying to online chat no joy to tracking my parcel and no response.
Still saying in warehouse its now 19th October and this is the 3rd time you have held my delivery in your warehouse over 2 weeks.
I cannot find anything helpful or good to say about your company.
Poor poor service.
