I ordered a dog grooming bath and XDP told me it was at their depot. No contact whatsoever from then on. Was told it was now lost????? 50” bath?
Was sent a replacement only for this to have now been at their “depot” since 1st December. Despite lots of messages and phone calls, 1 response to say they were out of the office and would deal with it. Since then nothing !!! Going to take this further as something is not quite right about this company
