I wish I could give no stars and that would be too many! You can't communicate with them, they don't answer the phone and they don't reply to emails.
I had two failed deliveries where they went to completely the wrong addresses, I even sent them a screenshot and coordinates of where I am on Google maps, they really are useless, please avoid if you can, they are a joke. I never received my parcels, the company I bought the items from are having to send me replacements using a different courier.
