Diabolical service, the worst I have ever encountered. My trees arrived at their depot on 8.December from Ornamental Trees Ltd. After much phoning by Ornamental trees, delivery was promised today. I was given a 2 hour time slot, I stayed in, there was no communication from them and certainly no trees. Don’t touch this service, in fact there is no service. Shocking.
